Through IAC and the B.D. Garodia Memorial Charitable Trust, founded in memory of our visionary patriarch, we focus on reaching rural communities, improving healthcare, enabling livelihoods, and building sustainable ecosystems that continue to improve lives every day.
Health & Wellness
Health is the foundation of progress.
Through free medical camps and sponsored surgeries, we’ve brought essential healthcare within reach of people who had none. Each camp—whether for eye check-ups or corrective surgeries for hernia and hydrocele—has restored dignity, confidence, and hope to hundreds of lives.
Safety & Dignity
Safety, both physical and emotional, is at the heart of every initiative. From providing mobility aids to those with disabilities to supporting inclusive education for differently-abled children, we have worked to ensure that every individual feels seen, supported, and secure in their environment.
Environmental Sustainability
As a company that works with energy, we know our responsibility toward the planet that sustains us. We have promoted solar lighting in rural areas, helping communities move toward renewable energy and a cleaner, brighter future. Every project we undertake is designed to balance human need with environmental stewardship.
Rural Development & Empowerment
Transformation begins where opportunity reaches.
Through deep tube wells, we have provided villages with clean water for drinking and irrigation—turning barren fields into productive farmland. We’ve conducted vocational training in computer literacy, tailoring, carpentry, knitting, and dance, enabling individuals, especially women and youth, to become self-reliant. And in moments of unity, we’ve supported community marriages across all religions—strengthening the social fabric of rural India through compassion and inclusion.

Healthcare
Organized free eye and general health check-up camps; supported medical surgeries for hernia and hydrocele patients.
Training & Skill Development
Conducted training in computer applications, tailoring, carpentry, knitting, and dance to create livelihood opportunities.
Environmental Initiatives
Support for Special Needs Children
Extended assistance to schools such as Pahela Kadam School for differently-abled children, fostering inclusive education.
Project Flood Relief
Delivered timely aid to flood-affected regions through 90 water tents, providing shelter and food to 210 families. Supported long-term recovery by rebuilding homes for 35 families in need, helping communities regain stability & hope.
Rural Development
Funded the installation of deep tube wells for clean drinking water and sustainable irrigation, improving villagers’ income and agricultural output.
Community Support
Facilitated interfaith community marriages to promote unity and reduce financial burden on underprivileged families.
Mobility Aids
Provided assistive equipment to individuals with mobility challenges, enhancing their independence.
Project Drinking Water
Ensured access to safe, certified drinking water for over 300 families by installing a dedicated water pipeline network spanning five villages — improving daily health and quality of life.
